HOW TO PARTICIPATE

Step 1: Like & Follow QuickBites Gardenia’s Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/QuickBitesGardenia and Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/quickbitesgardenia/

Step 2: Record a video of you laughing according to the type of laugh shown on the AR Filter.

Step 3: Download it and post your video in the comments section of the weekly contest post. Tag 2 friends while using the following hashtags: #QuickBitesGold #FreeTheHappy

Step 4: Ensure your account is set to public so that QuickBites can view your entry

Step 3: Post the video on your Instagram story and tag @quickbitesgardenia along with 2 friends using the following hashtags: #QuickBitesGold #FreeTheHappy

Step 4: Ensure your account is set to public so that QuickBites can view your entry.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

The #FreeTheHappy with QuickBites Gold Contest will be conducted from November 6 to December 12.
The contest is open to all Malaysians aged 18 years old and above and currently residing in Peninsula Malaysia only.
Categories of individuals who are not eligible to participate in the contest are as follows:
1. All the employees (including any associated companies related), as well as their immediate family members; and
2. All representatives, staff, workers, Advertising’s agency or Organizer of Promotion Service Providers (including all related companies), as well as their immediate family members.

Participants must follow all 4 steps of HOW TO PARTICIPATE in the #FreeTheHappy with QuickBites Gold Contest as stated above. Entries that are not clear / incomplete or / and do not comply with all terms & conditions will be disqualified.
Each participant can submit more than one entry. But, only ONE entry will be evaluated and eligible to win prizes during the contest period, if selected.
The contest period will be as follows: 6 November - 12 December. Throughout the contest duration, there are 4 weekly contests that will take place & each week lasting for a period of 7 days.
- Contest 1: 6 November - 12 November
- Contest 2: 16 November - 22 November
- Contest 3: 26 November - 2 December
- Contest 4: 6 December - 12 December
20 winners will be selected each week. The contest period with a total cash prize of RM8,000 (Ringgit Malaysia Eight Thousand only). Each winner will win RM100.00 (Ringgit Malaysia One Hundred Only). The winners will be selected from Facebook & Instagram.
Announcement of the winner will be made 3 working days after the contest period ends and will be announced via a post on the QuickBites Gardenia Facebook & Instagram.
QuickBites Gardenia will select the winner based on the criteria below:
1. The quality, accuracy and entertainment factor of the chosen laugh.
2. Winners will also be selected at the discretion of QuickBites Gardenia.
3. Each step listed should be followed as stated above. Please refer to HOW TO PARTICIPATE in the #FreeTheHappy with QuickBites Gold Contest for more information.
QuickBites Gardenia reserves the right to obtain proof of participation as above, and is not limited to HOW TO PARTICIPATE Step 1 - Step 4 for the selection of winners.
Winners need to PM (Private Message) the official QuickBites Gardenia Facebook OR QuickBites Gardenia Instagram upon the announcement of winners, and are required to provide the following information:
1. Full Name (as per Malaysian Identification Card)
2. Number & Copy of Identity Card (As a security measure, please make sure you cross and write ‘For #FreeTheHappy with QuickBites Gold Contest Usage Only’ on the copy of the Identity Card)
3. Contact Number
4. Email Address
5. Bank Name
6. Bank Account Number
A cash prize of RM100.00 is non-transferable. Winners must provide bank information on their own name only. The cash prize will be made by "Online Transfer" within 14 working days.
If QuickBites Gardenia did not receive feedback on the required information from the selected winners within 2 working days after the winner announcement was made, QuickBites Gardenia reserves the right to select a new winner as replacement.
The judges' decision is final, conclusive and binding. No negotiations or correspondence will be entertained.
QuickBites Gardenia reserves the absolute right at any time to vary, postpone, re-schedule, extend or terminate the #FreeTheHappy with QuickBites Gold Contest.
QuickBites Gardenia reserves the absolute right at any time to change, amend, delete or add to the Rules and Regulations at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
QuickBites Gardenia is not responsible for any loss, damages, injuries, or accidents that may occur as a result of entering or during the Contest.
QuickBites Gardenia reserves the right to use the participants/winners names and photographs for advertising purposes, commercial, and publicity, without any prior notice to the winners and the winners shall not be entitled to claim ownership or any form of compensation for such use.
By joining the Contest, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of this contest.
By joining the Contest, participants acknowledge that all information provided is true, accurate and complete.
By participating in this contest, participants agree to give permission to QuickBites Gardenia for processing purposes and also not limited to the use of participator personal data for marketing activities regarding our latest products and offers along with any updating purposes required by us.
