HOW TO PARTICIPATE

Step 1: Like and share the contest post of Gardenia Toast’em Wafel – Match & Win! Contest.

Step 2: Write down your answer in the comment section on the contest post, by 1st October 2022, 12:00pm. You can screenshot and match the colors to the packaging or just comments the letters of the colors corresponding to the packaging.

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Gardenia Toast’em Wafel – Match & Win! contest is a one day ONLY contest that ends on the 2nd October 2022, 12:00pm

  2. Gardenia Toast’em Wafel – Match & Win! contest is open to all Malaysians aged 18 years old and above and currently residing in Peninsular Malaysia only.

  3. Categories of individuals who are not eligible to participate in the contest are as follows:

    1. All the employees (including any associated companies related), as well as their immediate family members; and
    2. All representatives, staff, workers, Advertising’s agency or Organizer of the Promotion Service Providers (including all related companies), as well as their immediate family members.

  4. This contest is only valid on the official Facebook page of Gardenia Bakeries KL Sdn. Bhd.: https://www.facebook.com/GardeniaKL

  5. Participants must follow all 2 steps of HOW TO PARTICIPATE in the Gardenia Toast’em Wafel – Match & Win! contest as stated above. Entries that are not clear / incomplete or / and do not comply with all terms & conditions will be disqualified.

  6. Each participant can submit more than one entry (comments).

  7. Only 5 winners will be selected during the contest period. Each winner will receive 5pcs of each Gardenia Toast’em Wafel variants (total 20 pcs) for free.

  8. Announcement of the winner will be made one week after the contest end and announcement to be make in the comment section of the contest posting.

  9. Gardenia Bakeries KL will select the 5 winners randomly:

    1. The winners will be selected based on the discretion of Gardenia Bakeries KL.
    2. Each step listed should be followed as stated above. Please refer to HOW TO PARTICIPATE in the Gardenia Toast’em Wafel – Match & Win! contest, for more information.

  10. The organizer reserves the right to obtain the proof of participation as above, and is not limited to HOW TO PARTICIPATE Step 1 - Step 2 for the selection of the winners.

  11. The winners need to PM (Private Message) Gardenia Bakeries KL Facebook page to provide the following information within two days after the winner announcement is made.

    1. Full Name (as per Malaysian Identification Card)
    2. Number of Identity Card
    3. Contact Number
    4. Email Address
    5. Address to deliver the product

  12. If Gardenia Bakeries KL did not receive any feedback on the required information from the selected winners within 3 working days after the winner announcement is made, Gardenia Bakeries KL reserves the right to select a new winner as replacement.

  13. The judges' decision is final, conclusive and binding. No negotiations or correspondence will be entertained.

  14. Gardenia Bakeries KL reserves the absolute right at any time to vary, postpone, re-schedule, extend or terminate the “Gardenia Toast’em Wafel – Match & Win! Contest”.

  15. Gardenia Bakeries KL reserves the absolute right at any time to change, amend, delete or add to the Rules and Regulations at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

  16. Gardenia Bakeries KL is not responsible for any loss, damages, injuries, or accidents that may occur as a result of entering the Contest.

  17. Gardenia Bakeries KL reserves the right to use the names and photographs of winners for advertising purposes, commercial, and publicity, without any prior notice to the winners and the winners shall not be entitled to claim ownership or any form of compensation for such use.

  18. By joining the Contest, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of this contest.

  19. By joining the Contest, participants acknowledge that all information provided is true, accurate and complete.

  20. By participating in this contest, participants agree to give permission to Gardenia Bakeries KL for processing purposes and also not limited to the use of your personal data for marketing activities regarding our latest products and offerings along with any updating purposes required by us.
